Assumption of an executorship for the fair implementation of the testator’s will

Task

An entrepreneur commissions us to prepare a will. There are various assets and various persons from different family lines who are to be considered.

Solution

In consultation with the wife of the testator, a succession concept is developed in the form of a will. To avoid possible conflicts, an executor is appointed to distribute the estate to the persons designated in the will. All preparatory actions, such as the sale of fund shares, settlement of liabilities, etc., are carried out by the executor before the remaining estate is distributed to the heirs and legatees.
